Our cotton is sustainably sourced from Denizli, a city known for its traditional weaving methods dating back over six hundred years.
Family run craft houses still thrive to this day. Skills are passed down from Father to Son, Mother to Daughter.
These artisanal techniques produce a cotton known as a Peshtemal. It is flat-woven with a hand-tied fringe, quick drying and has a towel like absorbency.
This makes them beach-perfect.
Worn by senators in ancient Rome and sultans of the Ottoman, Peshtemals have heritage dating back centuries.
Our beach shirts, designed in London, use only 100% organic Peshtemal.
