We deliver worldwide. Shipping is free. Even if you live in a very remote location, like a research station in Antarctica.
All UK weekday deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours. Please email us for tracking information. We haven’t quite automated that part yet.
For U.K deliveries, we enlist Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail international. Sometimes we use submarines.
30 day policy. Within 30 days you can send it back for a full refund.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also send us a email, stating in rhyming couplets why you are choosing to return the item(s).
To complete your return, please email email@example.com with your intention to return an item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund. We will notify you if the refund has been rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If you paid via PayPal and aren’t seeing the balance, the funds usually go straight back onto the card associated with the PayPal payments.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
